Download Patched PlatinumTools (Extract / unzip if needed). Find link in #updates in discord within the PlatinumTools category.
Open Google Chrome Chrome and search for chrome://extensions.
Make sure to turn on developer mode in the upper right corner.
Drag the folder from step 1 into the Google Chrome window.
Click PlatinumTools in the upper right corner of Google Chrome and insert your license.
